The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party trackers. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and request time) to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, on the basis of the steps you asked us to take before any contract.
- To keep a record of correspondence about an order, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the business.
- To protect the site from abuse (for example rate limiting of form submissions).
We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers we need to run the site and handle email (website hosting and, once switched on, an email delivery service), and with suppliers or logistics partners where needed to answer your enquiry, and only the details they need.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to orders are kept as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
